Appeared in five meets during the indoor season, running the mile and the 3000m … Made her season debut at the Gamecock Opener, finishing fourth overall in the mile with a personal best time of 5:04.58 … The following week at the Carolina Challenge, she recorded her best overall finish in the 3K with a fourth place result after running 9:56.86 … Clocked a new indoor personal best in the 3000m at the David Hemery Valentine Invite in Boston, running 9:54.33 to finish 17th overall.
Cross Country
Ran in six meets during the season for the Gamecocks and turned in one of the more consistent campaigns among the upperclassmen … Opened the season with a 32nd place finish at the Eye Opener with a time of 18:31.3 … Recorded her new collegiate 5K personal record at the Gamecock Challenge when she ran 17:30.8 to place 13th overall … Her time of 17:30.8 at the Gamecock Challenge ranks ninth all time in Gamecock 5K history … Also posted a Top-30 finish at the Upstate Invite 5K after running 18:00.3 … Her best 6K individual finish came at the 2023 SEC Championship when she posted 22:19.9 to finish 97th overall … Recorded her new collegiate 6K personal best when it mattered most at the 2023 NCAA Southeast Regional in Spartanburg, running 22:07.1.

Competed in four meets during the outdoor competition, running a trio of 1,500-meter relays and one 3,000-meter event … Began the outdoor season by placing 13th in the 3,000-meter race in the Tiger Track Classic on March 19, setting her outdoor PR for the 3,000m with a time of 10:44.04 … Best finish in the 1,500m was 7th in the Gamecock Invitational on April 16, running the event in 4:51.65 … Set her PR in the 1,500-meter race with a time of 4:46.50 in the UofSC Open on April 23, finishing 13th.
