Competed in seven indoor meets during the season, running the 300m, 400m, 4x400m relay and one distance medley relay … Was the second leg for the women’s 4x400m relay that won the NCAA Indoor Championship with a time of 3:26.20, earning First Team All-American honors with the program’s first 4x400m national championship since 2019 … Was also the second leg for the relay team at the SEC Indoor Championship, running a program record time of 3:26.05 for the gold medal, the first indoor SEC 4x400m championship since 2009 … Earned First Team All-SEC honors for winning the 4x400m relay … Also ran the 400m and the DMR at the SEC Indoor Championship, finishing 20^th in the 400m with a time of 53.63 and then 13^th in the DMR as the second leg, helping Carolina run 11:55.57 … Opened her season at the Clemson Opener on Dec. 8, running a personal best time in the 300m at 37.60 for the eighth fastest time in program history … Finished seventh in her 400m season debut at the New Balance Collegiate Showdown, clocking a time of 54.34 … Ran a new indoor 400m PR at the Tiger Paw Invite when she stopped the clock at 52.98 … In her 4x400m relay opener, she was the opening leg at the Gamecock Opener that took home the crown with a time of 3:31.27.

Indoor

Appeared in seven meets on the season, running the 400m, 800m, the 4x400m relay and one distance medley relay … Earned a spot on the First Team All-American squad at the NCAA Indoor Championship, finishing seventh in the 4x400m relay, running as the anchor leg with a time of 3:30.09 for the ninth fastest indoor 4x400m time in Gamecock history … Had a strong showing at the SEC Indoor Championship, scoring in both the 4x400m relay and the DMR … Named Second Team All-SEC with a runner-up finish in the 4x400m relay, running 3:32.35 … Finished sixth in the DMR at the SEC Indoor Championship, running as the second leg and turned in the fastest indoor DMR time in program history at 11:22.59 … Made her season debut at the Clemson Opener, winning the 800m with a time of 2:13.03 and the 4x400m relay (3:39.89) … The following meet she won the 400m race at the Gamecock Opener with a time of 53.77, while also chipping in for a win in the 4x400m relay (3:37.93) … Claimed a pair of victories in the 4x400m relay at the Carolina Challenge (3:32.40) and the Columbia Challenge (3:37.25) … Captured one more podium finish in the 400m, running 54.49 for the win at the Columbia Challenge in New York City … Posted a new indoor personal best in the 400m at the SEC Indoor Championship, running 53.23 for 15^th overall … Also set a new indoor 800m PR earlier in the spring, running 2:11.82 at the Carolina Challenge.

Outdoor

Competed in eight total meets during the outdoor season, running the 200m, 400m, 4x100m relay, 4x400m relay and one sprint medley relay … Appeared in the NCAA East Regional, running both the 4x100m relay (DQ) and the 4x400m relay (16^th – 3:38.29) … Also ran the 4x400m relay at the SEC Outdoor Championship, finishing 11^th with a time of 3:37.41 as the leadoff leg … Ran the 400m at the SEC Outdoor Championship with a time of 53.55 to finish 21^st … Opened the outdoor season with a runner-up finish in the 400m at the Island Relays Bahamas, running 53.28 … Won the 200m sprint at the Weems Baskin Relays the following week, running a personal-best time of 23.76 – was also part of the 4x400m relay squad that won at the Weems Baskin, turning in a time of 3:37.57 … Turned in a personal best 400m time at the USC Open on April 22, running 52.86 for a third-place finish … Posted a third-place finish in the Florida Relays 4x400m, running 3:34.81 … Two weeks later, aided in posting the fastest 4x400m relay time of the season at the Tom Jones Memorial, running 3:32.61 … Had a very busy Penn Relays, finishing fourth in the 4x400m (3:33.02) and 15^th in the Sprint Medley Relay (4:19.92).

Indoor

Appeared in five meets during the indoor season, running in the 300-meter, 400-meter, Distance Medley Relay and the 4×400-meter relay … Finished fourth in the 300m sprint at the Clemson Opener in her collegiate debut with a time of 38.78 … Her best 400m finish was sixth in the UofSC Indoor Open when she clocked a personal-best time of 56.12 … Appeared in two 4x400m relays, claiming the title in both appearances with the fastest time of 3:40.14 in the ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ Invitational.

Outdoor

Was named First Team All-American after finishing fifth in the 4×400 at the NCAA Outdoor Championship with a time of 3:25.78 … Appeared in seven meets during the outdoor campaign, competing in the 400m, 800m, 4×100 and the 4×400 relays … Opened the outdoor season in the Weems Baskin when she finished second in the 800m with a time of 2:15.91 … Captured the podium in the 800m at the Gamecock Invitational with a personal-best time of 2:10.63 … Also finished third in the 4x400m relay in the Gamecock Invitational when the team ran the event in 3:33.53 … In the UofSC Open (April 23), she clocked her outdoor 400m personal best with a time of 53.47 to finish fifth, while running with the 4x100m relay team that captured the podium at 43.47 … Was a member of the 4x400m relay team that won at the Penn Relays and later placed in the SEC Outdoor Championship (finishing fourth), finished third at the NCAA East Preliminary Round and fifth at the NCAA Outdoor Championship to earn All-American honors … Also qualified for the 400m race in the NCAA East Prelims.
